Lost my virginity...

I lost my virginity this morning.

The guy it was with, I invited him to come over and talk sense my parents weren't home.

We planned to just talk but things got heated and led to more and more stuff then eventually sex

The guy it was with has been a good friend of mine for a few years. And I'm scared that's gonna mess up the relationship we had. I'm 14 yes I know its really young and I feel like I've made a mistake by doing it but at the same time I don't regret it at all idk what to think... Any opinions?
