I'm embarassed about this.

I used to go to bed with a sweatshirt, bra, and shirt on every night. As a result, I would sweat a lot in my cleavage area. I'm not sure if it became an infection in that area. But I noticed I got a bunch of white heads in my cleavage and it's leaving a scar. It's healed through the past year. but I'm still SUPER insecure about it. Especially during sex. My boyfriend doesn't seem to mind, but it's so embarrassing. To the point where I won't even take my bra off to avoid embarrassment. Any tips on how to compltley get rid of it? Anyone with something similar?
