Stomach discomfort

Hey ladies , so I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I'm having discomfort in my stomach ? Not like nausea or pain but it just doesn't feel normal ? Could that be because my stomach is stretching and moving around ? I'm new to all this so I don't really know what's going on lol
