I am thinking about labor and could try going natural until I just can't but I have a concern that I will literally give myself a stroke or aneurism from pushing in labor. I've had head scans before due to exertional headaches and weeks of pounding pain. I know breathing will be learned but I was breathing when I was working out and something popped in the back of my head. I'm so worried this could happen or something worse during the throws of labor. Has anyone had these concerns or issues??
