My husband and I have been TTC for 3 months now.  I'm about a week away from AF coming to visit and I've been having some pain in my lower right pelvic area.  It's not the typical PMS cramps/pain.  I'm hoping that these pains could be early pregnancy signs?  This is our first, so I'm not sure what to expect.  Could the pains be from the egg implanting?  I've read that sometimes you can have pains.  Help?!
