I NEED OPINIONS

My boyfriend and I had sex and it was only the third time. We use a condom everytime... However this time the condom broke. He went to the bathroom before the sex, and he also never ejaculated. As soon as he felt something was different he pulled it out and realized it was broken and as soon as we knew that we stopped the sex immediately. Just to be sure we are getting the plan b pill tomorrow but I think that nothing got in me and I am not worried. Is it really worth the money? Opinions needed and reassurance  from people who have had the same thing happen
