What can I take to help me conceive if I'm a PCOS patient

I will like to know if any of you ladies got pregnant while having  PCOS... And what did u guys used.

I've had PCOS since I was 13/14 and just recently started seeking help after 2.5 years of trying. Years ago I tried voted and it gave me one natural period but besides that, I have to take metformin 1500mg daily & progesterone every 4-5 weeks to have a normal cycle. Even with that, I'm not ovulating so I just finished round one of Letrozole & go today to see if it gave me any follicles. It's all very stressful.

I have had pcos since I was 12. I've tried everything for the last 5 years (naturally). Started fertility last month. Hoping it works :/

I have not gotten pregnant yet, but j have PCOS too. I tried acupuncture and herbs with no luck. I tried Femara and it didn't make me ovulate. We did two IUI with Follistim cycles and I ovulated and everything looked good, but I didn't get pregnant. Now we are moving on to IVF. I have a very resistant case of PCOS. Good luck to you! I took Metoformin to help control pcos. This pill also improves ovulation and fertility. I got pregnant within 4 months of taking Metoformin. We only seriously tried for a month to conceive. I recommend Metoformin. It helped me with period regulation and weight loss.

I just found out I have pcos and whenever my period starts I'm gonna try femera and then in 21 days there gonna do bloodwork to see if I ovulated then put me on metformin

You should seek advice from either a gyno or a fertility specialist. I have pcos and have been on metformin for over a year at 2000mg daily. Yes, 2000mg lol no pregnancy. Our next step is hyperstimulation of the ovaries.
