Because of my allergies and health issues I can't find a birth control method that works aside from the pull-out method...
Of course the sponge, the one easy to get and hormone free contraceptive product, would contain a sulfa drug. I've been trying to set up getting an IUD put in with my doctor for 6 months but they kind of suck and never call me back. I'm sensitive to latex so condoms cause problems, and because of health reasons I have to be careful about the hormone levels in my birth control so I can't use the pill, patch, shot or that stuff anymore. 😞
Does anyone know any options that don't require having to get a prescription/get fitted for anything but is also low/no hormone and latex and sulfa free?
