Implantation

What does it feel like? Yesterday i didnt feel well at all. I felt sick, banging headache, i made sure i had lots of fluid, took two paracetamol which took the edge off the headache. Also made sure i weren't hungry so i ate but not over ate. Last night in bed when laying down my lower abdomen felt heavy and like a tugging and pulling sensation like a bit of pressure hard to explain but it was rather weird. Now sat here i just had a sharp pain in my right side in my lower abdomen. Last week i had no energy to do anything at all, i just wanted to sleep. Is this implantation or whats going on with me?
