Hi everyone, I've been experiencing some really bad back pains, like to the point I can't move and I'm crying in bed.  I've read about certain lower back pains and miscarriages but I'm not bleeding so I don't think that's it.  It's also my entire back that's hurting, all the way up my spine.  I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a couple years ago so I'm wondering if that's it... Anyone else with back pain this bad so early? (Due Feb. 4)
