Late night diaper changes.

My 11 week boy has a BM every two hours at night. Is this happening to anyone else? During the day he has a BM after every feeding. At night his last bottle is at 10:30pm he drinks 6oz and eats every 3hrs. We have the night time figured out. He sleeps right after his bottle with no issues. He sleeps while he has his BM but tosses n turns till I change him. I feel like we are going backwards. Please help 😭😭
