Could it be early labour

I'm 26 weeks and today I have had nothing but really low pressure, I can feel baby laying so low my bones hurt, I can't tense my tummy because it hurts when I do and when I move to get of the bed or sofa or something it's like a battle 😩, also having to go to the toilet constantly the last couple days. Anyone able to help shed light on what could be going on xx
