Post workout

I try to get exercise with my pup everyday when I can. The past couple days it's been storming so I've only been able to take her out to potty. Today was the first day back really out! 🙃
I was starting to feel a little over heated, sick and a headache. I hadn't felt like that in a long time I wasn't sure if I needed more water so I sat down drank ice cold water under a fan, I was good for a minute until I stood up. Opened some crackers and its lessened a bit.. For breakfast I had eggs, and PB toast so a healthy good one!
Should I be looking for food or a different workout drink afterwards?? Daily I drink my quota of water and a protein shake. I'm a vegetarian, anemic and hypoglycemic. Thanks 💖
