Can anyone see anything please
Had no symptoms untill this morning woke up at 6am to get ready for work as I was doing my make up I felt like I needed to sit down as I felt like I was gong to faint I then got a drink of water that was at side my bed and I instantly threw up 
I felt better 10 mins after but been like this 3 times today so decided to test but I'm not sure I feel like I can see a ghost line but I'm confused
Can anyone tweek it for me and tell me what they think thank you
