Measure 2 weeks behind 😞

Hey ladies! I'm supposed to be 8 weeks 1 day. Went to the doc yesterday and she pushed me back to 5 weeks 5 days due to sizing. She said I have a gestational sac and my yolk sac looks like it is delveolping and she couldn't see a baby yet. So I got blood work done and my hcg levels are 23,793! I've been reading lots of things on th Internet and I'm totally confused and waiting sucks! I read sometimes you can see a baby that early and sometimes you can't. Has something like this happen to any of you ladies?
