Has anyone paid for an early scan?

I know mothercare does an early scan between 7-11 weeks. Just wondering if people would think it was worth it. 
I am currently 8 weeks pregnant but in March had a miscarriage at 12 weeks - from the size of the tissue, they suggested the foetus hadn't been growing since 8 weeks so naturally, I am a bit worried. My GP/midwife have tried to refer me but I haven't had any luck so far. It's £99 for a scan. What do you ladies think?

I've just booked myself in for an early scan next week when I will be 9 weeks and it is only £40? It's my first pregnancy and I'm just worrying constantly! We're getting married in 3 weeks and then going straight on our honeymoon. I've not had my scan date through yet and just want some piece of mind! Do it if it's what you want.

There was nothing in the world like seeing that little heart beat. I also had a miscarriage previously, so this brought us so much comfort and peace seeing that everything was great this time. I would say it depends on your financial position and your ability to deal with the stress of not knowing. Good luck to you!!!

I got one a few weeks back when I was 8 weeks at a clinic called babyscanning.co.uk only cost £40. I would deffo do it best £40 I've ever spent 👌🏼 xxx

I had one at 8 weeks, cost me £69 at Discovery Ultrasound. Was well worth it to hear that little heartbeat and see that everything was OK!

I paid for an early scan it was a big relief off my shoulders cause it's my first one just wanted too have a nosey too hehe it's worth it

I paid for a early scan and I was happy I did because I went from being told based on my period I was 9weeks to only being 6weeks

I doing my DNA testing this week and I'll be 10 weeks. So along with the down syndrome test and everything. Also finding out the sex. Guess it's something new. I wasn't offered this with my daughter who is 5.

I've paid for one tomorrow for the same reasons (mc at 11 weeks last year). It cost £80 with 'Thisismy', they were recommended to me by a friend X
