Is he trying to flip??

Question

My boy is breeched as of my appointment a week ago.. well, since this morning I've had on and off pain in my lower left side of my back. The left side is where he's always active so I thought maybe, he's trying to flip?  Or did I maybe just hurt my back over night sonehow? 
It's super painful &  I just want to cry!!!

It definitely sounds like he could be trying to move, of course if you get worried about the pain or it gets too bad call a doctor. 
I get a Charley horse on the right side of my abdomen almost every morning now, and I think my baby also tries to turn toward the cramp which only makes it worse.

Is he trying to flip??
