Ive had hives since week 11 so the docs have had me on Benadryl as much as needed. I take one at night every. Man has this helped with sleep! Had I known my first two pregnancies this was safe I would have taken it! Still not perfect sleep but much better than without. Major pregnancy insonima would be happening otherwise.

Sometimes lol but I have PUPPPS and my doctor told me to take benadryl to help with that. So if I'm having a bad day I take it and it helps me sleep too lol but mainly it only helps because I wake myself up scratching.

My Dr said it was ok to take Unisom....and it works like a dream! Literally! Lol

I did when I had some issues from tooth pain (which ended up needing a root canal), just because I went a few nights off of about 2-3 hours of sleep!
