Pregnancy Test?

How early after the condom breaks can I use a pregnancy test? It tells me 6 days before missed period, but I had my period the day after. It's been about a week, can I use it?

If you had your period the day after you cannot be pregnant. Contrary to popular belief there are only 6 days of the cycle when you can get pregnant which are days 10-16 if you have a normal period. You can only get pregnant during this time because sperm has a life span of 5 days and the egg has a life span of 24 hours. This basically means you can only get pregnant the day you ovulate and the few days before and after. That being said- since you got your period the day after, there's no way it was anywhere close to the time you ovulated and you're definetly not pregnant. Keep that test for the next time you have a scare don't waste it!

I would at least give it a little bit.. Since you did get your period the next day.. I would wait at least 2 weeks after your period is over.. Then test.. That way if you were pregnant it would have had time to fully set and stuff..
