I went to my 20 week appt today and ive been having migraines the last week nonstop and my BP has been up last few days. When they checked it today it was 150/90 and im on BP meds. The doc said i dunno what to do with you, hopefully it changes but you are showing signs on preeclampsia, come back on 4 weeks. The nurse told me to keep track of my blood pressure and if it is still high monday then call for a second opinion because I am having twins and i had severe preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. Should i be concerned? Or just wait the 4 weeks and see how it goes?
