What Does This Mean ?

I'm 36 weeks and 1d my doctor said im closed but my cervix is extremely thin this is my second baby but usually it's put in more details or maybe I'm just not understanding . Could anyone give me a better understanding ?

Sounds like you haven't dilated yet but your cervix is starting to efface and thin out which is a start

I was told the same! My doctors said labor can and most likely will go faster since cervix is ready to gin I hope to god is true!

Not sure completely but it sounds to me like you're notdilated but probably will be starting to soon enough.
