I would like to start talking meeting new people. 
I do have my eyes on a guy. He doesn't know I exist. But the bad thing is...he is a friend of my ex... And he broke up with me like 2 weeks ago. 
(And yes I move on fast and yes I love myself very much. I'm happy with 
Myself) 
And I'm Hispanic. And he will call me a whore and tell him not to talk to me cause it's been 2 weeks and his friend. 
So idk to talk to him anyways? 
But if I wait my crush will probably start  talking to another girl. So I gotta slide into the DMs quick 😂 
But my ex still tried to text me and tried to be friends with me. And he keeps calling me by my old nickname. "Boo" and he tried to get me jealous by telling me that he has a girlfriend and he has money for condoms now and asked me "jokingly" if we could have sex again.

Why would it matter if you are Hispanic..? 
Also, if he calls you a "whore," those are his own misogynistic issues. I would not even want to be friends with a dude like that. If he is saying he already has someone else after two weeks, but calls you names for trying to do the same, that is a huge double standard. So he is allowed to be in a new relationship, but you aren't? He sounds really immature, and frankly, like kind of a pain in the neck. 
Do what makes you feel best. If your ex is still concerned about what you are doing, he needs to get over it and live his own life.
