Heartburn. All day and night any home remedies??????

I am about to burst into tears from how bad i have this. I thought i can wait till the morning to get some Tums. But Its 2 am and i cant i simply cant anymore.. any home remedies pit there. PLEASE share....😔

I'm on Ranitidine & have loads of Gaviscone. I have severe acid reflux which constantly burns my throat & nose. They're about as strong as you can take when pregnant, but only make it better for a short period I'm afraid.

I take two zantac 150 a day plus tums. I feel your pain. I eat frequently. If I get too hungry it's worse

I got prescribed peptac for my heartburn and it really helped. That and drinking lots of milk.

I talked to my doc about heartburn, she also asked me to take otc antacids. But trust me nothing works. (At least for me nothing has worked). Just drink lots and lots of water throughout the day and keep yourself hydrated. Have ice creams, milk shakes etc which keep you cool and produce less acid. Might work!
