Still no period

So I've been taking the femara fertility pill and last month I had a 31 day cycle I started June 6th. Well this month I am on day 35 of my cycle and still no AF! So i don't know if I'm pregnant or I'm having longer cycles from my medication. Can some please help me who has takin this.

Also no cramps but my nipples are sore.
