No, it is physically/scientifically/medically impossible to have a true period and be pregnant UNLESS you are one of the extremely rare women that have 2 uterus. Some women experience vaginal bleeding that can resemble a period, but it is NOT a period. Think of what a period is. Uterine lining is shedding because a fertilized egg was not implanted. If you were pregnant and had a true period, it'd be likely you're miscarrying as (if the egg was fertilized) the egg would have nothing to implant on to and receive nutrients.

I believe it's very rare to have normal monthly periods while pregnant. Most likely you are not pregnant but take a test to make sure.

If you do bleed regularly while pregnant, it's not a period. It's "breakthrough bleeding". I don't know why some women bleed, I don't know why others dont, I don't know how the bleeding happens without hurting the baby, but I do know it does happen sometimes.
