Endometriosis, is where uterine tissue grows on the outside of the uterus. The only true way to dignose it is, through surgery. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy, in May. I do in fact, have endometretrosis. They burnt off the tissue. For me, it's painful when I ovulate. Some have severe pain like I do. Others don't have any pain at all.
