Progesterone questions

So I went in for my cd21 blood draw, my first time doing this, everything came in normal EXCEPT my progesterone was .5. The dr said it means I didn't ovulate, this I understand. What I'm wondering is if anyone has gotten successful help with a level this low? My husband has to wait 2 weeks to do his SA and then another 2 weeks before we make a plan. I have no idea what to expect. Any insights would be really appreciated.
