Has anyone had a tubal reversal done?

I have three boys (14, 12, &10). I had my tubes tied after having my last little man. ( 10 years ago) Now (33) I am currently scheduled to have my tubal reversal in August. I am excited to be able to possibly have another little one running around my house but I am super nervous about the actual procedure. I don't do well with pain and we are driving to have it done. It will take us at least 18 hours to get home. Does anyone have any advice about having this done or any advice on traveling afterwards? Or any about pain too would be great? Just for info purpose I am up for anything natural that helps with pain too.
