Hypothyroid/ttc/stressed

Just needed to vent a bit and see if anyone has any imput on my situation:

So I went and got blood work done for my thyroid- which I believe is off- my hypo symptoms have come back full swing.. Anxiety, hair loss, weight gain, always cold, acne, headaches/neck aches... U name it, I've got it 😑.I've been taking synthroid for years bit all of a sudden its gone wonky

AND to top it all off I've been spotting since (what I believe is) 1dpo- could be more, I wasn't using opks or temping this month. Yucky stringy dark brown spotting. As if I didn't feel gross enough.

I don't go see the doc for a few more days, she was all booked, and I've called to ask for spots due to cancelation. Nada.

Has anyone experienced either (or both ) situations ? A controlled thyroid that fly's off the handle? Or spotting like crazy after ovulation? Thanks in advance.
