Problem with my vaginal area !!! Veins!! No pic lol

OK so this is gross. But I need help. After I was done wiping I noticed my outer vagina and part of my butt was lumpy .. ya weird first i thought it was hemoroids , i felt this before but never thought anything of it and it went away, so I took a mirror and flash light and went lookin. It was veins bulging out!!! Like big blue f-ers. ... never seen anything like this. And I noticed there in my vagina too. There big and uncomfortable. This morning i only feel them in my vagina. Is This is normal because I have 2 other children and have never had anything like this!! Is it from pressure? I don't have to go to the doctors till next week but I'm wondering if I should go this week instead.

* I have been having mild period like cramps. And a lot of pressure, and major Braxton hicks. I'm on my feet all day and I'm also worried I am starting to dialate. Is this all related?
