HELP ME HELP PLEASE

So all of my tracking has been lost. I've had sex a few times between my last period and today. When we have sex, it's with a condom. Sometimes with spermicide, and sometimes without. When he cums, he pulls out WITH THE CONDOM ON. The condom has never broken. I'm really really scared that I am pregnant. I don't know why, maybe it's because I don't know when my last period was... But I am scared. Am I pregnant?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!????!!?!!

And secondly, we did anal. I covered my vagina hole when he went in my ass.... He pulled out before he came again. Is there a chance of pregnancy??????
