Help please

Hey everyone im just wondering if anyone has mild endometriosis and pcos and also with having the pcos regular periods...im hopefully starting chlomid end of this month n want to kno if its worked for anyone with pcos n endometriosis...  im a regular 28 days cycle n i always get ovulation pain but it last longer than 2-3 days i have it for like a weeks is that normal as everything ive read says pcos and irregular periods..and mitsleshcemers only last 2-3 days please some one help im losing my mind!!
