Don't judge me lol pregnancy brain here

Im adding this anon because I feel like an idiot lol I had my ultrasound the other day and everything with baby was perfect. the lady said that there is a small something or other on one of my ovaries but it's common and nothing to worry about, it's actually good for the baby and goes away around 10 weeks. What the hell was she taking about? Google isn't very friendly and I can't remember what she said it was for the life of me but I am certain she said its nothing to worry about and actually a good thing.
