How early is too early for a baby registry account

Hey ladies! My name is Loveline and I'm pregnant with my first baby. Just found out 3 weeks ago it's a girl!! So excited cos I wanted to have a girl first. I'm thinking of creating a baby registry but I don't know it its too early for that. I'm currently 23 weeks 2 days. What do y'all think?
