Ladies that had a missed MC, did you have nausea and vomiting when you found out your baby has no more heartbeat?

I am starting to think this app is not good for my morale.. I am 11 w 4 d with my rainbow and really freaking out today.

My second OB appointment is this Friday, at exactly 12 weeks, and I am starting to get really scared that I will get the bad news from my nurse...

My first planned pregnancy ended in a spontaneous miscarriage at 6 and a half weeks. It took us almost 2 years to years to heal and try again - I know, we might not be the bravest of all people.

This pregnancy has been full of anxiety for me, and just as I start feeling more confident that my baby is okay, I stumble upon another post about pregnancy loss...

Just looking for a straw to hang on to and keep my faith up...
