Ultrasound 14 weeks.

This was taken today at 14 weeks 1 day. They didn't measure baby because they said Dr didn't want that. They were checking cervical length. Anyway, while she was checking baby I thought I saw boy parts :) How accurate is this at this stage? Also can anyone guess based on the shape of skull?
