Weird movements?!

I'm 13 weeks & 5 days and ever since about a week ago I've been feeling pressure about few inches below my navel. Also when I look at or touch the area, there's a prominent ball poking out which sometimes is on either sides of my stomach and when I push it a bit I feel weird movement. Is a this the baby? I mean I'm pretty small but I didn't expect to see or feel that.
