Hcg levels ??? Please comment

Went for an early scan today 4w4d from lmp nothing could be seen not even a sac took my bloods I've just had the results which are 545 I've to have a repeat blood test done Friday morning I've never had my hormone level tested is this a good number ?? What should I expect my numbers to be on Friday   Thanks ladies 😘

With my last pregnancy, my levels were 888 at 4 weeks 4 days and went up to 2152 at 4 weeks 6 days. I went in early because I was bleeding and had a miscarriage prior to that pregnancy. There was no sac or anything to see that early. My baby girl is now 5 months old. From what I understand HCG levels vary greatly from woman to woman and from pregnancy to pregnancy. Being in the 500s is good and if that doubles...that's a really good sign.

545 is really good. It may have just been too soon to see it. Your levels should be expected to be 1,000+.

It's strange that they would even do an ultrasound at 4 weeks... There is no way they would be able to see anything at this point. The soonest you will see something is 5 weeks, and then it's the yolk sac. 6 weeks is typically when you will see the fetal pole and the heartbeat but for some it will be closer to 7 weeks.

Important thing is they rise (double) and not the actual number. When I got my first blood draw I was only at 12. Now I'm 11w1d and things are looking good. Good luck to you!!! Congrats!
