Before Birth...Waxing, Shaving or Natural??

Question

Ladies, how many of you got your pubic hair waxed off before your babies' birth?? 
I'm thinking I could get my hubby to shave for me once I cant see down there... But waxing would be much easier & alittle more sexy 😂
Opinions? Thoughts?

Esthetician who waxes vaginas for a living here, lol. It's not about caring what people think, it's about cleanliness. Things are going to be a mess down there for a while, so think of it like this; would you rather clean up a bloody mess off of carpet or tile? Lol. That's me best analogy. I won't be picking blood clots out of my pubes 😐. Most of my clients get a Brazilian as close to the due date as possible.

I'm going full jungle, I just can't reach and I'm not paying to have it painfully removed. I trim up around but that's all I can get. #sorrynotsorry

Everyone I know said that they could honestly care less about what they looked like during labor. The doctors have seen it all so I'm not going to spend extra money to get a waxing. Not to mention that a fresh waxing can cause an infection during birth.

Do it if you do it anyway for you,  but it's not interesting to the doctors or nurses. My dr said pubic hair actually decreases infection and is there for a reason. I just keep it trimmed as much as I can.

You are most welcome! Trimmed is definitely easier to manage than full on bush lol, but nothing beats a great wax. Just please research who you go to, make absolutely sure they do not "double dip." Also find someone who uses hard wax.

I cared the first time, and then during labor when I realized my Midwife had seen everything and things were much grosser then I could have possibly imagine, I realized it wasn't a big deal anymore. With my second one I just didn't worry about it. I personally think waxing would only add to the misery of being hugely pregnant, but if you want to do it go for it :-)

Both times I shaved. This time I'm planning on shaving. I am already to the point where I can't see, but use my hands to feel for the hairs. I totally hate body hair so it is a must for me
