Heartbroken

Me and my boyfriend were over the moon to find out we were pregnant with our first. It soon turned in to the worst week of my life. I began bleeding on Thursday with very servere right pelvic pain. Was in hospital Friday and my Hcg levels were 411. Sunday they went down to 311 (was then told I was having a failing pregnancy) and Tuesday 308. This morning I had an ultrasound which confirmed my worst nightmare... My baby had implanted itself in to my right ovary! Luckily for me it had been caught early enough and I have not needed surgery but just an injection to end my little ones development. I am absolutley devastated and so is my boyfriend. I just feel so bad that this has had to happen and my little ones drvelopment was stopped just like that. I hope and pray my baby is looked after somewhere and I pray that it guides me and my boyfriend along and allows us to have our rainbow baby in the near future. Xx
