Soo confused

So i tested positive at 3 weeks & 1 day .. my lmp was may 4th and i tested positive one day before my period was supposed to come.. as of now i am exactly 10 weeks. The doctor told me that i am one or two weeks further along by blood test .. but another doctor told me to count from my lmp... most women don't get a positive that early correct? So am i further along or exactly ten weeks??? Sorry if this is confusing lol 😬😬😬😬
