Yeast infection

I'm not sure if it's because of the IUD but I've had yeast infection more than usual and it always happens after I go swimming now I'm not sure if it's because of the water and the IUD or just the water because when I get it I become scared to do what I was doing before I got it like now I won't get in the hot tub because I got a yeast infection after and now the pool but it's been hit and I'm scared to go through that pain again smh does anyone know if it's because of the IUD or what⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
