Does this happen to anyone else??

So last October i had gotten the skyla iud. In march i had to have emergency surgery for kidney stones. About a month after that i started my period and when i thought it had ended it hadn't. It stops and then maybe an hour later i get a sharp pain in my cervical area and i start bleeding or discharge. Sometimes its a bright pink and other times its a dark brownish color. This also happens anytime i get turned on or tru to have sex.
