cyst on my ovary

So Sunday afternoon I went to the hospital for a sharp pain in my side. the doctor said it was a cyst on my ovary and the pain should go away within a day. it's now Friday I feel worse than I did before. I'm nauseous, have diarrhea, my body feels so weak, and I still have the same pain. should I go into the hospital again?? I'm in a lot of pain, it's preventing me from sleeping
