I had my first 7/3, all natural vaginal delivery with an episiotomy, but I'm still bleeding. It's nothing gushing, more like a normal period with a few small blood clots that have come out as well. Is this normal still? Or should I have stopped bleeding by now? I feel fine otherwise, besides still being a little sore down there, it's more of just an annoyance, I feel like it's never gonna stop!
