I have about three of these red dots on my boobs all of a sudden. They are not zits they don't hurt. I not sure what they are. Are they the start of a stretch mark?

I got mine checked out when I got my moles and freckles checked by a skin specialist. I already had a few and he said it's common during pregnancy for more to show up and they're nothing to worry about

Kind of looks like a burst capillary below the skin's surface? Any knots underneath? I've had red spots start like this on my breasts and after a few days the pimple forms. Almost always happens after I wear sports bras that don't breathe well & hold sweat.
