Anovulation/not PCOS?

Question

Anyone here not get regular periods on their own but all blood work is negative for PCOS, and there r no cysts on your ovaries?? Starting Femara this cycle after Provera...hoping this works!!

I do! All my test are normal, yet I don't ovulate regularly. I'm using Femera also.

They diagnosed me with PCOS even though my bloodwork is "normal". I don't ovulate and I get maybe 4 periods a year. I have all other signs of PCOS except cysts. I do have the "string of pearls" of follicles on my ovaries which is well known for PCOS. I'm waiting on my first RE appointment now. Good luck💕✨

I do not get a period or ovulate and i do have cysts.  I am slim and all my blood work is perfect. I have been diagnosed with pcos though
