I have one, but use it less then every other week.
I got adviced against using it to often as a Doppler warms up tissue and should definitely not be used to early in the pregnancy.
It's a 'I'm extremely worried and I can't convince myself not to worry' use and as soon as I find the heartbeat I switch it off. I notice that indeed when using it long the belly does warm up..so I'm too scared to use it often and long.
