Menstrual like cramps??

I'm 39 weeks and have been having what feels like horrible menstrual like cramps today.  Sign of labor?? It's not consistent contractions.. It's seriously continuous pain. Any advice?

Im 38 weeks and in the same boat. The doctor acted like until they come and go they don't mean anything

For me, I've had had lots of babies, menstruated like cramps was the onset of labor. Not strong BH like contractions. Good luck!
