Why post baby names

Why do so many people post their baby names or want opinions from people who hate your names making you feel bad about them. Lol I'm selfish. Not posting my babies name.

Same here!!! I thought so long and hard about my baby name. Not about to post it for people to steal (bc I promise no one else has these names) & for ppl idk to judge! Nah.

I always thought those ladies were crazy for sharing that. That's like sharing a password! 😂

Because people want to know if other people will think their babies name is hideous or not so they can either choose a better one or calm down and stop worrying
